Developer License & Terms
Last Updated: May 31, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the ContextCove Chrome Extension or subscribing to the ContextCove Cloud Waitlist, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension or join our subscription lists.
2. Developer License Grant
ContextCove V1 grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the local Chrome Curation Extension for personal or commercial development purposes. You must not disassemble, reverse engineer, or exploit the proprietary visual layers of the extension without explicit consent.
3. Documentation Scraping Limits
ContextCove is built for high-end digital curation. Our **Quick Scan** and **Batch Link Clip** scripts execute client-side requests on public documentation domains under your local IP address. You represent and warrant that your use of these scripts respects the Target site's robots.txt, and you will not execute massive scraper requests that crash or degrade third-party server resources.
4. AI Context Packages Disclaimer
ContextCove is a curation framework that extracts text content from public documentation pages. We do not edit, verify, or warrant the factual accuracy of target articles. You acknowledge that the compiled Markdown context packages are input into external AI environments (Claude, Cursor, NotebookLM) and we are not liable for any code hallucinations, production crashes, developer errors, or security vulnerabilities caused by subsequent AI generation.
5. Term Changes
We reserve the right to refine or alter these developer terms at any time. Significant revisions will be updated prominently on this page. Your continued use of the extension after updates constitutes acceptances of the revised terms.
